Printable Handwritten Letters
Pick a short note, fill in each person, and download two PDFs: one letter each, and an envelope with the address. The writing is a handwriting font, not a pen. You print, stamp, and mail them. This site does not send mail.

Letters are US Letter (8.5 × 11 in). Envelopes are #10 (9.5 × 4.125 in). In the print dialog, choose Actual size, not Fit. Fold each letter in thirds, and load a #10 for the envelope file. You mail them yourself.
Letters and envelopes you print yourself
A printable handwritten letter is a page you print, fold, and put in an envelope. This page fills one short note for each person on your list, using their name, and lays out a matching envelope. English pages use US Letter and a #10 envelope. Other languages use A4 and a DL envelope. The note itself can be edited. Type each person under the fixed headings, or import the Excel template. The font, the ink color, and the paper can be changed, and the letter can use a picture as its background. The letters are set in a handwriting font. They are not written with a pen, and this site does not print, stamp, or mail them. If a row includes a note, that text is used instead of the note in the box.
Questions
Will you mail these letters?
No. The page makes two PDFs, one of letters and one of envelopes. You print them, add postage, and mail them yourself. Nothing is sent from this site.
Is the writing done with a pen?
No. Each note is set in a handwriting font, with small shifts so the lines are not perfectly even. It is not ink from a pen, and it should not be passed off as a handwritten original.
How should the recipient list be formatted?
On the page the columns are already there: name, street, city, region, postal, and an optional note. Type one person per row, up to 30. The note replaces the letter for that person. {name} in the letter becomes that person's name. The Excel template and a .csv import still need an English header row: name, street, city, region, postal. An optional message column works the same as the note.
